We are very excited to announce that the Brookville Local Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You will be review your information once per school year to verify information is current and sign the forms.

Click on the Parent Playbook (below) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”.

  • Cassidy Stacy, an 8th grade student at Brookville Intermediate School and a member of the Brookville Junior High Track Team, placed 15 in the 2017 OHSAA 7th & 8th Grade Track and Field State Championships.  Athletes had to post times or distances at a fully automated timing meet with a licensed official that were entered electronically into a statewide system that pooled the top 50 athletes from across the state in each event.  Out of those 50, OHSAA selected the top 16 athletes in events to invite to the OHSAA State Championships to be held at Lancaster High School this Saturday, May 13th.  Congratulations to Cassidy Stacy as she represented Brookville in the OHSAA State Championships.

Brookville Athletic Booster Club Needs YOU!

The Brookville Athletic Booster Club is a non-profit organization that raises money towards our student athletes. In the past year, the Booster Club has purchased time clocks for the track, indoor batting cage system for the softball/baseball programs, new weights in the weight room for all athletes, team dinners, uniforms, and athletic scholarships.

The Athletic Booster Club raises money for student athletes by running spirit wear sales, the spirit shop, concession stand, and a winter fundraiser. We are in desperate need of volunteers to help keep the booster club running along with our new Athletic Director, Scott Broerman. We are a small community that survives on a very thin budget. Our student athletes would be greatly disadvantaged without the support of the booster club. Please consider joining this wonderful opportunity to meet people in your community and have some fun while supporting your student athletes.

Please check and return to school with your child, or email us at brookvilleathleticboosters@gmail.com, what you would be interested in doing along with your contact information and someone will contact you:
