• Please call or text the sub line as soon as you know your days off. You do not have to wait until it's been approved. It's easier to cancel a sub than trying to get one at the last minute
• If you need to cancel a sub please let me know as soon as you can. Cancelling a scheduled sub the day of is not a fun call to make. 
• Paras or anyone that works outside of regular hours (ES 8-3:30, IS and HS 7:30-2:35) please send me your work schedule even if there are no changes. Please be specific if you ride the morning or afternoon bus.
• Lastly, I do understand last minute things come up and I will do my best to fill your spot.
