Ohio Department of Education

mcescjoint26The Montgomery County Educational Service Center (MCESC)  facilitates the state mandated Business Advisory Council (BAC) for both Montgomery and Warren counties’ public schools. The MCESC BAC’s mission is to ensure our workforce can compete by enhancing partnerships between schools, higher education, and employers. There are four main outcomes the MCESC BAC strives to achieve: ensuring student success and career readiness while in school, helping existing and new businesses thrive in our region, keeping talent in our region, and making Montgomery and Warren Counties great places to live and work.

2025-2026 Plan

Foster Care Liaison

StephanieHindsMrs. Stephanie Hinds serves as the Foster Care Liaison and McKinney Vento Homeless Assistance Act representative for Brookville Local Schools. We believe educational stability is especially critical for students in foster care. Our goal is for these students to feel safe, supported, and connected. We know that a positive educational experience lays the foundation for long-term success both in and beyond the classroom.

Our liaison is knowledgeable, committed, and equipped to advocate for and support our students in foster care. Mrs. Hinds can be reached at hindss@brookvilleschools.org or 937-833-2181.

If you have general questions about the role of a foster care liaison statewide, please contact Betsy Hauck at betsy.hauck@education.ohio.gov
